Kirk Axtell’s projects can be found all over the world. His creative thought has been utilized in over 100 projects in the last 10 years alone. His tenacity, research and attention to detail has helped to create entertaining and memorable experiences to all those who visits them. His projects have spanned the globe which incudes Europe, China, Dubai and the United States.
His places have have inspired architects and builders alike.

His current project in China involves a $1.5 billion dollar resort development in Shenyang/ Fushun Peoples Republic of China or Dreamworld Resort and Theme Park. While at Dreamworld as the Architectural Project Designer, Kirk has been developing concept designs for:

• A 400 room hotel and a 600 room hotel and spa which includes exclusive, high end commercial, mixed use retail, residential and entertainment zone.
• Fengyuan Hotgo Park: A 900,000 square meter world-class theme park comparable to “Disneyland” currently under construction.
• Golden Bay · Golf Villa: This international 18 hole golf course in the northeast area is already opened to public,
• Sophia Hot Springs Resort: A 250,000 square meters world-class hot spring hotel comparible to Aman resort and a skiing resort.
• Sishui Rose Garden Residential Community: A super-five star theme hotel under construction, with a 2.2 million square meters north American-style commercial and residential area and a 700,000 square meters golf villa also currently under construction.
